Our second time in this hotel - great location
It was our second time in this hotel. Breakfast is nice, location is great and there are various restaurants near the to the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean.

Great location, great breatbreakfast, good location for the price
The hotel is in an excellent location if you want to reach tourist areas and also if you have business located in Reforma. We would walk around Reforma to reach the offices as well as to la Zona Rosa at night for the nightlife. They had a good variety of breakfast, we always ordered something different each day for the 7 days, and the room although small it was comfortable. The staff was very kind, and helpful.
The room had a hole in the closet floor, that we weren't sure what was the purpose for such a whole where you could see the tubes, as well as the desk and desk chair had some stains. Over an extra US$20 was charged aside from the booking price that we were too tired to ask when we arrived (3 hours trying to cross a parade in Reforma, we suspect the extra $20 might be because of international card but we don't know why this was not reflected on the booking total) and we didn't receive a printed nor emailed receipt from the payment done. The utensils on the first morning were dirty, with cheese still stuck to the knife, and sometimes in other mornings it would still have soap in it. There was also one night that we had to call service desk due to loud guests.
